● Returns an item

We are committed to providing quality products that perform as promised, and we want you to be satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we'll make it right. Please contact us within 3 days if you want to return or exchange the product. We'll gladly replace it (providing the product is in stock) or refund your purchase price (shipping and handling charges are not refundable). The choice is yours.

● Exceptions

Any products that are personalized or custom-ordered cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Videos, software, and copyrighted materials cannot be returned for refund once they have been opened.

● Payment options

Maxmotosports accepts Visa, Discover, American Express, MasterCard,  PayPal, and Maxmotosports Gift Cards. We also accept personal checks, company checks and money orders. Your name and check number must be imprinted on the check. Amount of check is limited to $10,000 in U.S. funds. If you are sending a check or money order, please be sure to include your order number. You can also send payment via Western Union® Prepaid services.

Shipping Questions

At Max, we make every effort to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible . Your Order will be shipped within 1 Business days after the payment is cleared .Transit times vary depending upon where you live and what warehouse the order is shipped from.
